PR.......check
Doesn't make a lot of sense, but I did have a PR at the race. My fastest 10k was 40:14 a few years back. (In June) SO I am pleased that I ran well, especially considering I had about 5 hours of sleep and was completely dehydrated.
I only have a little over a month to run the 1:25 at Hampton. That might be a bit aggressive. But screw it, I am going for it. "Rest up lad, you've got a big day ahead of you"
