Week going as planned

2 strong bikes so far and one killer run. Weights have felt good, but the pool has been a little blah. I swim a straight 1,000 tomorrow, so looking forward to that. I am hoping to do it under 19 minutes. This is my new temporary swim goal. I will expand on this later...

Nothing else really to report. Feeling good and looking forward to running the half this weekened.
