Very bad week

Traveled a lot and only got half the workouts in. Next week looking much better for timing of workouts. Feeling guilty, but this will kick me in the ass and get it moving. Off to run for 30, swim for 45 and then run another 45 tonight.

2 Hour ride on Sat and a two hour run on Sunday. That'll get me back on track!!!
