So I have decided to start the blog thing again. I just had my first week of structured training and it felt awesome! Small distances, but mentally it felt great. I do feel like I am at a better starting point than I was last year at this time. I was probably in slightly better endurance shape, but my form this year is a lot better.
Here is where I am at physically.
Weight 162
Body fat 15.5%
Running an 8 minute mile, HR 150
10 x 100m (1:45)
Steady swim 100 is at (2:10)
Bike - A better rider this year in general.
YOGA - Working on flexibility and strength.
I will update this monthly to show progress
